I contacted Molina over a weekend and got a prompt call back from William on Monday morning. We scheduled an estimate visit on the next day and since we were running on a tight schedule William was able to work with me on the available options and scheduling the install.

The estimates were extremely reasonable and they completed the job on the day and time they promised. No surprises, no scheduling problems.

The communications was extremely prompt, and the estimate and invoicing detailed.

My first experience was with one of the big box stores...the sales staff was okay, but the installer that came out. Boy that was an experience. He did not speak one word of English and we had to use a translator from the companies office to get the issues resolved. So, this time I did my research, asked around and found Molina Carpets. Everyone I spoke with had good things to say. So, I gave them a try. I picked out a carpet and my luck, it was on back order. But Molina kept me informed every step of the way. I have a townhouse that I rent. I thought I needed new carpet throughout after my last tenant. Renee from Molina met me at the townhouse and recommended carpet downstairs but try to clean the upstairs carpet. That ended up as great advice. The carpet they put downstairs is a match to the upstairs carpet and for not a whole lot more than cleaning it. I had upstairs carpet cleaned by different company and it came out good.
